CANCELLATION POLICY

I require a $20 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service and cannot be transferred to another appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee will be charged to the card on file. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-call/no-shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost and will be banned from booking future appointments. For safety and comfort, I kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests (including children, family, or friends) to your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies!
